I cannot view my results.

If your results do not appear on the page, or the page is completely blank, you will need to clear your browser's cache. After doing so, please close and re-open your browser, and then sign in to your account. Use the following procedures to clear your browser's cache:


Microsoft Internet Explorer 7+

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  2. In the General tab's Browsing history section, click Delete...
  3. In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete files...
  4. Click Yes to confirm.

Mozilla Firefox 3.6

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options
  2. Choose Advanced from the top navigation.
  3. Click the Network tab.
  4. In the Offline Storage section, click Clear Now.

Apple Safari 5

  1. Open the Edit menu.
    NOTE: If you are on a Mac, open the Safari menu.
  2. Choose Empty Cache...
  3. Click Empty to confirm.
