I need help setting e-mail reminders.

Regularly taking the Wellbeing FinderTM, taking the Daily Tracker, and maintaining an action plan are vital to improving your overall wellbeing. Using the Set Reminders feature allows you to configure recurring e-mail reminders that will help you stay focused on these critical items.

NOTE: E-mail reminders are sent to the e-mail address associated with your account. Please ensure that your account's e-mail address is correct.

  1. Click Set Reminders on the right side of the My Wellbeing page.
  2. In the Set Reminders window, select the item you want to be reminded about (i.e., Wellbeing Finder, Daily Tracker, or Action Plan).

    • Select the available check box. The status indicator for the reminder will change from red to green.
      NOTE: If the check box is unavailable, please follow the steps below for setting Daily Tracker and Action Plan reminders.

    1. In the Step 1 area, select how often you want to receive a reminder.
      NOTE: Generally speaking, you should choose the recommended frequency
    2. In the Step 2 area, select the time frame during which you want to receive reminders.
    3. Click Save in the Step 3 area. The status indicator for the reminder will change from red to green.
  3. Click Close.
