The Wellbeing FinderTM is an assessment that measures your wellbeing over time. When you take the Wellbeing Finder, you will receive a scorecard with your overall wellbeing score as well as your score in each of the five essential elements of wellbeing:

- Community Wellbeing
Taking the Wellbeing Finder once provides some initial insight. But the real test is whether your scores, overall and for each element, increase or decrease over time. The Wellbeing Finder and accompanying program allow you to chart your progress over the span of weeks, months, years, and decades.
The Daily Tracker is a brief assessment about your daily experiences. This survey shows you how things are going for you right now. In contrast to the Wellbeing Finder, which is designed to be taken less frequently, you can use this shorter subset of questions daily or weekly to measure your wellbeing trend at a more detailed level. Because this is an immediate gauge of how you are doing, taking the Daily Tracker will help you see what situations or events influence your daily experiences.
