Subscriptions that have not yet begun may be canceled for a full refund of the purchase price. For example, if you purchase a subscription that begins on August 1, you may cancel the subscription for a full refund at any time prior to August 1.
No refunds or credit will be given for a subscription that has started or ended. This applies regardless of whether you have taken any of the website's assessments or used any of the website's resources during the subscription period.
