Use the Wellbeing FinderTM to measure and improve your wellbeing
The primary component of Gallup's Wellbeing program is the Wellbeing FinderTM, an assessment that measures your wellbeing over time. When you take the Wellbeing FinderTM, you will receive a scorecard with your overall wellbeing score as well as your score in each of the five essential areas of wellbeing: Career Wellbeing, Social Wellbeing, Financial Wellbeing, Physical Wellbeing, Community Wellbeing.

Track your wellbeing over time, and compare your scores to demographic groups
Each time you take the Wellbeing FinderTM, the website will store your results so you can trend your wellbeing over time, identifying areas that need more attention as well as areas of strength that you can continue to build on. You can also compare your scores with others' scores based on age, gender, income, and education levels.
-
Take action to improve your wellbeing
Because the Wellbeing FinderTM measures core elements that are within your control (e.g., exercising regularly), you can take actionable steps to boost your scores within each of the five elements of wellbeing. To help you with this, the Wellbeing program includes resources to create a customized action plan for improving your wellbeing. You can choose from suggested action items based on your individual responses and results to the Wellbeing FinderTM, or you can create your own.

Use the Daily Tracker to measure your wellbeing right now
In addition to this broad evaluation of your life, the Wellbeing program includes access to the Daily Tracker, a brief assessment about your daily experiences that shows you how things are going for you right now. In contrast to the Wellbeing FinderTM, which is designed to be taken less frequently (monthly or quarterly), you can answer this shorter subset of questions more often to measure your wellbeing daily or weekly. Like the Wellbeing FinderTM, you can trend your Daily Tracker score over time and compare it to various demographic groups.

Discover patterns in your life that affect your wellbeing
When you take the Daily Tracker, you can record specific events that occur during the day so that you can see how these moments influence your wellbeing. Your Daily Tracker results help you identify the people, places, and things that contribute to your wellbeing so you can quickly recognize the patterns in your life that affect your daily experiences. Measuring your wellbeing on a regular basis and changing your behaviors based on these patterns should lead to sustained improvement in your overall wellbeing.
